With the conference quickly approaching, let me highlight some of the aspects of Knowledge 2019 that I’m most excited about.
IT Workflow Sessions
Knowledge 2019 will be chock full of informative workshops, labs and agendas, exploring ways that IT teams can transform their operations. At the top of that expansive catalog is Knowledge’s IT Workflow sessions.
I’m looking forward to gathering new insights on IT teams and how they can better improve their performance, productivity and speed using an incident alert management solution and its capabilities. Put simply, I’m eager to see how the ever-changing IT field is transforming and how teams can use integrated risk management techniques to respond faster to security incidents or vulnerabilities.
These sessions provide an opportunity to engage with IT teams about the OnPage platform, learning how we can continue to add features and capabilities to our ServiceNow integration to improve IT performance through intelligent alerting, escalations, on-call schedules and much more. This allows us to continue to provide a robust integration with ServiceNow, ensuring the best performance for IT teams and professionals.
Curated Journeys
Among the exciting events at Knowledge 2019 are the Curated Journeys, offering several IT knowledge-based sessions including, eliminating event noise, optimizing performance analytics and reducing MTTR.
These curated sessions present details about teams’ resolution performances and how effective they’re at meeting their SLA requirements. It’s an engaging, interactive way to communicate with industry peers and prospects, discussing the latest themes or trends in the IT field.
ServiceNow Panelists and Speakers
Of course, I’m also eager to hear from Knowledge’s collection of panelists and speakers! Whether it’s Fred Luddy—ServiceNow’s founder—or other talented presenters, I’m looking forward to learn how ServiceNow came to be and how it revolutionized IT operations since its inception.
Chatting With Our Friends at GlideFast Consulting
Among Knowledge’s many exhibitors are our friends at GlideFast Consulting, a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner that provides customizations and solutions for the platform. Catch the OnPage team chatting with GlideFast at their booth, discussing ServiceNow’s powerful integrations with incident alert management solutions.
I look forward to making new industry friends at the five-day conference, learning about their organizations and IT resolution practices.
The Vegas Experience
Unlike the “all work and no play” proverb, Knowledge 2019 isn’t all about industry insights and building business relationships. The OnPage team is excited to experience what Vegas has to offer through Knowledge’s fun-filled events. Catch us playing mini-golf at the Topgolf International venue or listening to musical acts at the House of Blues.
I’ve highlighted just a few events that I’m looking forward to experiencing at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2019 Conference. It’s going to be an enjoyable and informative trip for the OnPage team, ensuring that we continue to provide the industry’s leading incident alert management platform for today’s IT teams.
