OnPage 2018 Year in Review

Strong Results and Product Innovations

I’m happy to share that 2018 marked another successful year for OnPage, thanks to our wonderful customers, partners and team members. It was a year of product and sales achievements, emphasizing the growth and increasing value of our organization.

In particular, I’d like to highlight these key accomplishments:

Growth and Profitability

Our team has made great strides acquiring new customers and expanding the adoption of our products within our existing customer base. As a result, we’ve achieved double-digit revenue growth and profitability for the fourth consecutive year.

An Executive Addition to Our Team

Our team is comprised of dedicated talent, who continue to drive the success of our organization while supporting its growth. With this great team in place, we brought on Paula Crerar, a recognized technology marketing professional, as Vice President of Marketing.

With Paula on board, OnPage will continue to drive quantifiable results and enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint. Additionally, OnPage continues to hire capable professionals to move the needle in several functions. We are currently seeking talented, driven individuals for these open positions.

Key Integrations, Product Features and Testimonials

There are so many new features we delivered last year. Though I’d be delighted to discuss each new capability in detail, I’ll highlight a few below:

OnPage continually enhancing its integration with ConnectWise Manage and due to requests introduced an integration with Datto’s Autotask. OnPage also completely revamped its ServiceNow integration to make it super simple to implement and use within ServiceNow’s user interface.

New features include threaded communications, presence status and a message view that resembles an instant chat, allowing free flow communications under a single thread for team-based, secure collaboration. We also added dedicated lines to enable direct communications to the on-call professional.

OnPage introduced its BlastIT platform for mass notification capabilities where organizations can notify employees, customers or vendors of an urgent or crisis situation using just a few keystrokes.

OnPage received 33 five-star reviews and it achieved the highest number of reviews on the ConnectWise Marketplace in its product category. This type of validation from our customers is so rewarding and I’m very thankful that they have shared their positive experiences with the MSP and IT communities.

For 2019, I’m looking forward to replicating much of the success and expanding growth achieved in the previous year. Our organization is thrilled and excited to continue to provide a leading, powerful product for our MSP, IT and healthcare customers, ensuring that their workflows become more collaborative, efficient and productive, regardless of their industry or line of work.

See our press release for our announcement on 2018 results.
