Users and groups are stored on the same table in ServiceNow, and creating and updating records occurs through an import set table. Values passed to the import set table will be compared to the target record and created or updated as needed. You cannot use the Delete method to remove records from ServiceNow through this API, but setting ‘active’ to false will trigger a deletion.
