OnPage and Jira Integration Workflow. Incident occurs, creating a Jira high-priority ticket which triggers an OnPage alert. The alert is automatically routed to the on-call team based on their schedules. Any response from the on-call team on their OnPage app is then reflected back to the ticket within Jira.

Integrate Jira with OnPage using Jira automation and OnPage Webhooks. The integration leverages Jira’s built-in workflow system, allowing you to customize it to be as simple or as advanced as you need.

At its core, the integration enables two-way communication: Critical Jira tickets trigger OnPage alerts, and user responses from the OnPage app are automatically posted back as comments on the related ticket.

From there, you can use Jira’s branching logic to drive automated actions. For example, if an OnPage responder selects, “In Progress,” Jira can automatically update the ticket status. Select “Escalation” and the ticket can be reassigned – all without manual intervention.
